Terms and Conditions: Cupcake Baking Parties at The Classic Cupcake Co Baking Academy
All parties are held at The Baking Academy, 1 / 142 Spit Road, Mosman, 2088.
Refunds and Changes:
Please note we do not offer any refunds for cancelled bookings.
Due to the popularity of our classes and parties, we require 2 WEEKS notice to reschedule a party booking without further charge. A re-booking fee of $150 therefore applies for changes made within 2 weeks of the original party date.
If your party needs to be postponed due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 in your group, we can move the date of your party but the $150 re-booking fee does still apply.
If you wish to cancel your booking we cannot refund your $250 deposit but it can be transferred to $200 store credit ($250 minus a 20% admin fee).
Guest numbers & names:
We will contact you one week prior to your party date for final numbers and guest names. (Minimum booking 8, maximum 16 for Baking Parties)
Disabilities:
Please advise us ahead of the party if any children suffer from disabilities and who may require additional attention from our staff.
Allergies:
Please advise us ahead of the party if any children suffer from food allergies. We cannot accommodate all allergies but we can discuss options with you. We accept no responsibility for allergic reactions either during or as a result of the party.
We can supply gluten free cupcakes however these must be pre-ordered one week prior to the party.

Damage to clothes or possessions:
The Classic Cupcake Co. accepts no responsibility for damage to clothes and / or other personal possessions during the course of the party. Aprons are provided to all attendees.
Minimum Age:
All guests are required to be 6 years or older.
Please also advise us if you plan to bring any infants to observe at the party.
Last Minute Guests:
We regret that we cannot accept additional guests on the day. All our baking is scheduled in advance of the party and we cannot make any changes after 10am on the Friday before the party
Other Food:
We regret that we cannot allow any food to be brought in from outside the bakery due to cross-contamination and allergies. This includes birthday cakes.
Customers may supply their own lolly / party bags
Decorations:
Helium balloons may be brought into the party but must be taken away with you at the end of the party.
Piñatas are NOT allowed.
Table Confetti is NOT allowed.
Arriving for the party:
We recommend that you ask your guests to arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time. We begin the class promptly according to the class time booked.
Parking:
There is residential street parking all around the Baking Academy. There is also a small private carpark directly behind the building which you can use. There is also a public car park on Stanton Road (accessible from Spit Road, Northbound).
Access to the Academy for all parties is through the side door on Stanton Lane.
Staying for the party:
We require one or two adults to stay while the party takes place. This is to ensure that someone is available to take children around to the toilet.
In Case of Illness:
CCC staff and instructors reserve the right to request that any child be removed from the party that they deem to be a health risk to the other participants or staff.
Bad Behaviour:
CCC staff and instructors reserve the right to request that any child be removed from the party whose behaviour they deem to be inappropriate and adversely affecting the experience of others.
Certificate of Completion:
Students will take away a signed, personalised Certificate of Completion. Please provide all guest names a week prior to your party.
